Single portions of frozen dinners

Delicious, nutritious meals serve one person generously. Starting at $13 each. Delivered in compostable fibre-based containers or re-usable Pyrex containers. Both are eco-friendly! Remove the plastic lid and reheat the dinner in the microwave or conventional oven. Low salt, gluten-absent* and dairy-free options available. Frozen meals prepared in our commercial kitchen at 2-5360 Canotek Rd.

Free delivery to K1J, K1K, K1L and K1M postal codes. Inquire about the delivery charge for other areas of Ottawa. Minimum order is 4 individual portions.

Outside of the free delivery zone, only the fibre-based containers are available for delivery. Delivery on Monday from 10 AM to 1 PM only.

*Meals are made without any intentionally added gluten. Note that gluten is used in other food cooked in the kitchen, however, every precaution is taken to avoid gluten in these dishes.
